Fresh Goods Sunday - Dare 2b arm warmers

Arm warmers are an essential piece of any cyclists clothing kit and I have used them for 20+ years. They are ideal on rides in Spring / Autumn seasons when out early in the morning and its still nippy / cold enough for a long sleeved top but a few hours later when the temperature picks up and its too hot for a long sleeved top but warm enough for a short sleeved top you can pull the arm warmers off and fold them up / pack them away in your rear jersey pocket. This also applies on an evening ride when its warm when you set out but the temperature drops later on you can pull them on to keep chill off your arms.
I have had mixed success with fit in either length, shape or diameter of arm warmers and struggle to get some that fit just right. For some reason I find the cheaper manufacturers models fit better than the likes of Endura / Gore etc. My all time favorite's believe it or not is Crane Sports ones form Aldi!
I don't like the real thick or waterproof versions or the very thin lycra versions that are too cold.
One night when looking around the cycle section in Halfords all the Dare 2b clothing accessories were in the sale and tried on these are warmers. They had both sizes in stock M/L & L/XL and tried both on. They were not too thick or thin, just right and felt comfortable on my arms. After some time I opted for the M/L size which felt the most comfortable. In use they are just as good as my old Crane Sports ones and will hopefully last just as long.
RRP £20 on the website & £15 in store, I paid around £8.50
